The Executive Training Programme (ETP) has been one of the most successful EU programmes in Japan for a quarter of a century. Under the ETP, European business men and women have undergone intensive language and on the job training to familiarise themselves with Japanese business culture.

To date, more than 1000 European managers have graduated from the ETP programme. The ETP alumni represent a vital resource for European business in both Japan and Korea.

ETP is an intensive professional development programme during which you learn to communicate, to appreciate the cultures and to successfully develop your business.

It’s a 12-month Programme (from November 2007 to November 2008) and its courses are taught in English by leading universities: Sciences Po in Paris, SOAS in London, SDA Bocconi in Milan, Waseda in Tokyo and Yonsei in Seoul.

ETP is divided into 3 phases: The first one includes 3 months of seminars on business culture and Japanese/Korean language, organised in Paris, Milan and London. The second, 6 months of advanced language and business culture training, organised in Japan or Korea. The third, 3 months of in-house training in Japan or Korea based companies.

Applications can be submitted till the 15th of May 2007. The ETP representative and the National Coordinator in Greece is Haralabos Lemonopoulos, Consultant on International Issues in the Union of Hellenic Chambers of Commerce
